Feldenkraise Method Series 2018

The Feldenkraise method is based on the pioneering discoveries about how the human body moves by Dr Moshe Feldenkrais. It is fundamental in creating a safe and easy way of exploring movement which can be taken into all functions and activities of daily life.

These mini workshops will explore comfortable sitting (note-sitting is considered to be the new smoking in terms of health issues- we do too much of it!!) and moving also from sitting to standing and to the floor with ease. Attention to posture and breath will be incorporated within the lessons.

Wear warm loose comfortable clothing.
